Our Hiring Process
When it comes to recruitment at 3 Sided Cube, our aim is not only to find the most talented people for the role, but to give every applicant an outstanding candidate experience. We ensure that candidates are kept up to date at every stage of the process regardless of the outcome.
It will look something like this...
The phone screen
If your application is shortlisted, we will schedule a 30 minute video call to discuss your application with our Talent & Operations Manager. Expect some questions around your experience, the role itself & why you’re so passionate about helping change millions of lives for the better!
The task
Depending on the role, you may then be set a task to show us your ability. A team lead will review your task within 7 working days and all applicants will receive detailed feedback.
The interviews
If your task is successful then we’ll arrange an interview. If you’re local to Bournemouth it’ll be great to meet you in person, but we also support remote interviews. After your interview, a final stage interview will be arranged or feedback will be provided to any non-successful applicants.
Offer stage
Hooray! If you’ve been successful, you'll receive a comprehensive offer package, including all relevant information and benefits, to help you prepare for the next steps and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
FAQs
Do you offer flexible working?
At 3 Sided Cube, we recognise the importance of work-life balance. Our flexible start times are between 8-9:30am & finishes between 4:30-6pm. As long as you're getting your work done, we trust you to manage your own schedule.
How can I prepare for my interview?
We recommend researching our company and the role. Additionally, we suggest preparing examples of your previous work experience that demonstrate relevant skills. And be sure to prepare any questions you may have for us!
I saw a role I was interested in but it's no longer showing online. What should I do?
It's possible that the role has been filled, or the application deadline has passed. However, we regularly update our job listings and you can check our careers and LinkedIn pages for new openings. If you have any questions, please contact apply@3sidedcube.com
Do we offer sponsorship/visa support for roles?
We are a sponsorship employer but we’re unable to offer Skilled Worker VISAs or a transfership of sponsorship to new applicants. If you’re currently on a student/post-study work VISA then we will review this & discuss this further after your probationary period.
Who can I reach out to requesting reasonable adjustments throughout the application process?

What do I need to do if I'm running late to an interview or can't attend?
We understand that unexpected events can come up. If you're unable to attend an interview, please get in touch using the details provided to you by our team. We're happy to reschedule or adjust the interview times if needed.
Are interviews conducted remotely or in-person?
Our hiring process primarily involves video interviews, but there may be occasions when an in-person interview is necessary. This is typically depends on the role, and will be communicated by our Talent team.
What should I wear for virtual or in-person interviews?
For video interviews, we recommend that you dress in a way that makes you feel confident and comfortable. We’re not ones for formal dress codes and we’d much rather you be yourself; the same goes for in-person interviews.
Does 3 SIDED CUBE work with recruitment agencies?
We have an in-house talent team who take care of the recruitment at Cube but on the odd occasion we might reach out to an agency partner that we already have in place.
