Design products that make a real difference
At 3 Sided Cube, we’re looking for someone who enjoys using product design to bring clarity to complex problems - working through ambiguity, getting to the heart of what really matters to users, and helping teams make better decisions along the way.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll take ownership of meaningful product challenges from discovery through to delivery, shaping experiences that are thoughtful, accessible and genuinely useful.
This role is for someone who loves getting under the skin of a problem. You’re comfortable balancing user needs, client context and real-world constraints, and you care about shipping work you’re proud of. You’ll work closely with product, engineering and clients, using strong thinking, evidence and craft to influence direction and strengthen outcomes.
If you care deeply about quality, accessibility and impact, and enjoy working alongside others to build products that make a real difference then we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing ✨
Lead end‑to‑end product design across projects, navigating ambiguity with confidence and curiosity
Get to the heart of problems, framing solutions around real user needs and clear product intent
Deliver strong UX, UI and interaction design that raises the quality of the overall experience
Use research, data and evidence to inform decisions and challenge assumptions
Champion accessibility, inclusivity and user value as non‑negotiables
Contribute to improving design systems, patterns and ways of working
Collaborate closely across disciplines to keep teams aligned and delivery running smoothly
Share ideas, tools and thinking that help raise the bar for design craft across the team
Who You Are 🧩
You’re a thoughtful, confident product designer who cares about doing good work and doing it well. You’re comfortable taking ownership, working through ambiguity, and influencing outcomes through strong thinking and collaboration.
You’ll bring:
Experience leading complex product design work from discovery through to delivery in an agency environment
A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product design (research → UX → UI)
A strong focus on quality, craft and usability across UX, UI and interaction design
A user‑centred mindset, grounded in research, insight and evidence
Advanced skills in Figma and modern prototyping tools (e.g. Framer)
Confidence working closely with product, engineering and clients to shape direction
The ability to challenge constructively when quality or user experience is at risk
Confidence facilitating workshops, critiques and collaborative sessions
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross‑functional partners
A clear commitment to accessibility, inclusivity and designing for real‑world use
